Hidden Lake at Kendall Home Owners Association Inc.
Hidden Lake at Kendall is a non profit small Home Owners' (20 Houses) Association located in the Kendall area of Miami Florida.
The Board of Directors is made up of volunteers from within the owners of community. The association is self managed.
The community derives it's name from the small lake hidden and
surrounded by houses within the community.
Hidden Lake at Kendall Association Goals
The goal of the association is to provide a comfortable living environment for owners, tenants and their guests. Facilities provided include access roadways, street lighting , lake facilities including gazebo and fountain, all with free access for standard use.
